This year, our efforts were honored with three wins in Colorado Media’s “Best of the Best” as “Best Home Builder” in Castle Pines, Lakewood, and Littleton.

“Best of the Best” is a promotional contest voted on by the readers of Colorado Community Media publications and all nominated businesses have an equal opportunity to win. The business that accumulated the most votes in its category over the six-week voting period was declared the winner in that category and received “Best of the Best” designation from Colorado Community Media. To provide the most accurate results by geographical area, Colorado Community Media did not require, but did encourage readers to vote for businesses in their immediate local community.

These awards are an honor because this shows that our community members consider Brookfield Residential to be the best homebuilder wherever we build. We care deeply about the areas in which we work and believe in making positive contributions to the quality of life for not only our homeowners, but all members of the community. We embrace all we do with enthusiasm and personal ownership and are proud that our community members feel we are doing a good job.
