Whether it’s live music at The Mix, a round of golf, lounging poolside, or a friendly game of pickleball, you can do everything and anything here. Exciting news – next year, our collection of amenities is expanding to include a golf clubhouse, new restaurant, and more pickleball courts!

We hope you’re just as excited as we are, and probably have some questions. We’re still finalizing some details, but here are some of the answers we have so far:

Will the restaurant be open to the public?

Yes, the restaurant will be open to all, including the public, so invite your friends!

What type of restaurant will be planned?

The restaurant is still in the planning stages, so stay tuned for more information at a later time. We promise it will be yummy!

When will construction start?

Construction has started on this exciting new development.

Where are the new amenities located?

The new clubhouse and restaurant will be close to and west of the fitness center. The new pickleball courts will be next to the existing courts.

When will the amenities be completed?

We're expected to be complete sometime in 2023 and will keep you updated as we have more solid timing.

There’s no shortage of things to do when you live at Kissing Tree. Our on-site Lifestyle Director facilitates more than 100 clubs and events each month and there are plenty of places to play.

Kissing Tree’s 20-acre amenity campus, The Mix, offers a two-story fitness center, an indoor lap pool, an outdoor resort-style pool, 8 pickleball courts, 6 bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, a golf driving range, a short game practice area, putting greens, hiking and biking trails, and so much more.

Independence Hall is the social hub of the community. It includes a demonstration kitchen, activity classroom, indoor and outdoor bar, live-music stage, fire pits, and a biergarten. You’ll also find pool tables, shuffleboard, and a vintage jukebox, so there’s plenty to do while mingling with neighbors.

Golfers, both novices and seasoned, can play the putting course and semi-private 18-hole golf course, which has been featured in 55Places.com, Golf Course Architecture, The Dallas Morning News, Golf Course Industry Magazine and The Houston Chronicle.
