$20,000 deposit, made payable to First American Title Company, is required at the time of purchase and will be deposited into your escrow account.

If the cost of buyer-selected options amounts to 10% or less of the base purchase price shown in the agreement, a 25% deposit will be required for all chosen options. If buyer does not pay the deposits required for their desired options by the time of order, those items will not be ordered by the seller. Deposits for chosen options are set forth as follows: (1) If the cost of buyer-selected options exceeds 10% of the base purchase price of the home, a 50% deposit will be required on net cost of all options. (2) All funds will be directly deposited into your escrow account. (3) Once all selections are final, the buyer will be required to execute an option items addendum that includes liquidated damages provisions covering the cumulative amount of all of the buyer's deposits. The cumulative amount of the buyer's deposits shall be subject to a claim of liquidated damages by seller in the event of buyer default under the purchase agreement.
